Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Spread into prepared crust.
Whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth and thick. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill a few hours to set.
Garnish with additional whipped topping and milk chocolate chips.
