Helping Quicks Slowly

Dear Sis,

It’s our first day home since our 2.5 week visit. It was an exhausting time warp of babies, cooking, and laundry, but I’m so glad we were able to help a bit as your beautiful family welcomes its newest member! Since I can’t remember what happened from day to day, I’m going to make a photo journal of our visit, with whatever photos we managed to take despite the chaos:)

We arrived on January 12, a few hours after you all arrived home from the hospital.

I think this is Grant’s first picture at home!

I took these pictures on the morning of the 14th.

Evelyn’s maternal interest in her baby brother is adorable and heart warming to watch!

Thanks for a wonderful visit! We wish you all the best as your family adjusts to its BIG “little” change:)

Love,

P.S. This morning when we woke up, William noticed that we still had snow from your house on top of our van. It looked really weird since there was no other snow anywhere.
