Hi Sis,

Evelyn and Grandpa Carmin went to the zoo for the very first time! Nate’s dad (Evelyn’s Grandpa Quick) wanted to take Evelyn to the zoo this summer. So, we planned a fun family outing. Grandpa Carmin was over visiting, and joined us. To my surprise he said it was his first trip to the zoo.

We went to the Cleveland Zoo, which is huge! We had a lot of fun wondering around and looking at all the animals. Evelyn liked people watching the most, and Carmin was most impressed with the construction of the zoo pens.

It was a fun day for all, Evelyn was particularly fond of the ice cream.
