Dear Sis,

Josh’s parents are back from Juneau, AK! They are making their rounds to see all the family since they have been gone for well over a year. 

They arrived on Valentine’s Day. William who is already bonded with them, enjoyed them from the start. Charlotte warmed up by the end of the day and sat looking a photo books with them before bedtime.

The following day was Williams first day of school since our family quarantine started some weeks ago, when Josh tested positive. It also happened to be a classroom party, so he was super excited. We went to the Newport Aquarium directly after picking him up from school.

We spent a lot of time looking at the Giant Grouper. He seemed to follow us around like he was equally curious:)

The day was quite warm, so we spent what remained of the afternoon walking the Purple People Bridge and the waterfront parks on either side.

P-Pop gave Charlotte a boost so she could see a passing barge.

Although the sun was directly in their eyes, the kids found if fun to stand in two states at one time:)

Wednesday was also warm and sunny, but I was too worn out to join in, so everyone enjoyed an afternoon outing at SunsetPark, while mom rested at home. Granny Bob and P-Pop headed out for their next stop on the family visiting train afterward.

Our visit was short, buy very sweet!
